Travis Barlow is an American Board Certified Prosthetist. He earned a BS in Biophysics from Brigham Young University in 2007 and a post-graduate Certificate in Prosthetics from Northwestern University in 2008. Travis was drawn to the prosthetics profession because it requires creative design coupled with mechanical fabrication and has a positive impact on patients’ quality of life.
From 2010-2018, Travis was employed by Optimus Prosthetics (Dayton, OH), starting as a Prosthetic Resident, and finishing as the Clinical Manager of the Cincinnati branch, the fastest-growing Prosthetic office in the market.
Travis is from the Pacific Northwest and enjoys all forms of outdoor activities and playing sports. Most of all he loves spending time with his wife and four children.

John Massimino is a Certified Medical Assistant and Prosthetist Assistant. After moving from Long Island, NY to Charlotte from Savannah, GA in 2017, John graduated from South University with an associate's degree in health sciences and passed his CMA exam in 2015.

From 1996 – 2004, Scott was employed by Prosthetic Design, Inc. (Dayton, OH) as General Manager and Director of Engineering. During this time, he was instrumental as a contributing inventor of 17 patents, and implemented CAD/CAM technology at more than 100 prosthetic practices nationally.
From 2007 – 2015, Scott was CEO and co-owner of Optimus Prosthetics (Dayton/Columbus/Cincinnati, OH).
Beth Warren has been part of the Prosthetic profession since 2010. Based in Dayton, Ohio, she remotely serves as a resource to the administrative team and as an executive assistant to Travis and Scott. In addition to her work in Prosthetics, Beth is the Operations Director at Victory Church, where her husband, Pastor Andy Warren, is the Lead Pastor.

At Next Step, her primary focus is upholding the mission of treating patients like family, ensuring exceptional care, quality control, and positive outcomes. In her free time, Autumn enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, reading, nature photography, and tending to her orchids and violets.
